Create a Excel sheet, Provide three columns, Employee name, Employee Work Progress and Yes/ No. Calculating Work Progress and display Yes/ No according to their Percentage.
Provide the equation to the Yes/No column
LOOKUP =IF(N6<.7 ,"No", "Yes")
Using Lookup formula fill the entire Column
