Requirement: Check whether the User is invalid or not in Organization using MS Excel (User list)
When we have plenty of users in a list, it’s hard to find who are present in the organization so to filter the users present in the Organization use “Search Users”. It is all about { ctrl+a, ctrl+c, ctrl+v, ctrl+k}.
- To check whether the user is invalid or not-
- Create Excel sheet add Users to that, next select all(ctrl+a) present in the sheet, Copy and Paste it in Notepad.
- Add Semicolons(;) to the user names, then select all(ctrl+a), Copy and Paste in Outlook(To).
- Click on ctrl+k for checking the users present in organization or not. Then click on (ctrl+a) select all, make a copy and paste them in Notepad( This will search the users present in the organization or not), if not mention the user field Comments(invalid user).
- This is the process of searching the users from excel sheet and updating the details in sheet(it will help us to send mails to the users who are present in the organization)
